Whole30 is a more restrictive nutrition plan than paleo, but is a great way to kickstart a new commitment to eating healthy. The first time I did Whole30, I lost 6 pounds in the first month and felt great. Whole30 includes all fruits, vegetables, proteins and some healthy fats. The big items you are not allowed to have include dairy, sugar, grains, gluten and alcohol.
