Whole30 is a more restrictive nutrition plan than paleo, but is a great way to kickstart a new commitment to eating healthy. The first time I went to the grocery store after deciding to follow a paleo diet, the trip took me almost two hours. I was shocked at the amount of time I had to spend making sure every item I put in my cart was paleo approved. This blog will show you how to have a successful paleo grocery shopping trip, saving you time! Here are some basic tips:

  • Make sure you read your labels
  • Buy lots of veggies - eating paleo means eating tons of vegetables!
  • Focus more on the items you can have rather than the items you can't
